Here you will find a lot of samples from my Professional In-House designing career as well as my freelance projects that I have been tackling for a few clients!

Before you dive into the site let me give you a short briefing on what I do and how I got to where I currently am. I started my career fresh out of college at McFarlane Toys in Bloomingdale New Jersey as a packaging graphic designer. After a few years working for McFarlane Toys I decided to try out other types of graphic design. That little adventure was shortly lived! After just a year of working as a vehicle wrap designer I decided that I missed packaging so, I want back to McFarlane Toys.

While I was working (at both places) I decided to further my education. I got my Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and my Web Design Diploma help further my knowledge and career in both the graphic and web fields. Working full time while going to school was tough but I was determined to give both my job and schooling my all. For this I was awarded the Dean's List and I was elected into the National Technical Honor Society! With those two degrees I have been working on creating my freelance company Robin Strickland Designs, which brings you to where you are now.

I've been gone for way to long... It's time for me to update this big time! I have been working on a bunch of things since my last update post. So, I will be changing and updating my website a little each week. I plan on totally updating and reorganizing my portfolio page, updating my resume and adding my blog just to name a few!

-August 12th 2008-
Updated my resume page, added new information, changed the layout and added a little color with some icons!

-August 8th 2008-
Attended the InDesign Seminar at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City today! Terry White gave us tons of information one how the new CS3 version of InDesign interacts with the other Adobe products and very important tips on speeding up production!

-March 20th 2008-
Completed resume and services pages. Finished more of the portfolio page links.

-March 18th 2008-
Completed FPOC Calendar, Holiday Cards and Packaging links.

-March 16th 2008-
Updated home page and revamped portfolio page. Started the services, resume and contact pages.
